Each customer selects their own ID and password, and enters their address and billing information. As domains are registered on their behalf or transferred from other registrars, the domains are automatically linked to their account, giving your customers complete access to nameserver settings and aftermarket items like e-mail forwarding or web hosting service.

With full SSL/TLS support, all customer-specific interaction is fully encrypted, ensuring the security of their data. And with the database server not connected to the Internet, data privacy is assured.

WebTopia includes many built-in CRM capabilities, including the ability to generate newsletters, notices, and so on. Since WebTopia has integrated database support, directed e-mail messages can be generated that are fully personalized.
